Luxury Custom Home Project Manager
Our client is a highly respected luxury home builder with more than 50 years of experience constructing custom estates, waterfront residences, condominium renovations, and select commercial projects throughout South Florida. Their reputation has been built on quality, attention to detail, financial accountability, and strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and design professionals.
Job Description
- Oversee luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership
- Review project progress and proactively address challenges to maintain schedule and quality standards
- Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and design teams
- Manage procurement, change orders, and project reporting
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards and client expectations

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing ground-up luxury custom home projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
- Experience with waterfront and high-end residential construction preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Procore and MS Project
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Stable work history with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects
- Construction-related degree preferred but not required
