Job Description

Plan and coordinate construction project activities from kickoff through completion. Build and maintain project schedules to track deadlines, milestones, and next steps. Coordinate daily project communication among relevant internal and external contacts. Monitor project progress and address issues that may affect timing or delivery. Organize project information, updates, and documentation for clear decision-making. Coordinate construction work to keep activities aligned with project plans. Provide regular project status updates to keep stakeholders informed. Close out completed project activities and confirm required documentation is organized.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Project Manager' should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Ability to create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Experience coordinating multiple project activities and priorities. Ability to communicate clear project updates with internal and external contacts. Experience tracking project progress and resolving day-to-day issues. Ability to organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
