We hope youre one of them.The Role:We re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multi-family residential and mixed-use developments. In this role, you ll oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and field operations ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You ll serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and municipalities.What You ll Do:Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to execution, risk management, and closeoutOversee construction schedules and budgets, preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and monitoring subcontractor performanceReview construction documents, coordinate permitting, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsConduct site walks, track progress, and collaborate with Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within budgetLead and mentor project teams while building strong relationships with architects, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and community partnersIdentify and resolve jobsite challenges, mitigating risks and ensuring safe work environmentsWhat We re Looking For:Education: Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (preferred)Experience: 7+ years managing residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects.
