Onsite Collaboration: Work on-site in Santa Monica 3 days/week to drive face-to-face teamwork and project governance.

Core Tech Stack: Design and scale production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Databricks, and PySpark.

AI-Driven Efficiency: Proficient in using GitHub Copilot to accelerate code development, automate boilerplate PySpark/SQL scripts, and improve code quality and testing.

Domain Expertise: Apply deep experience in Life Sciences/Pharma or Finance to meet strict industry compliance and data standards.

Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with business leaders to translate complex domain needs into scalable data solutions.

Business Growth & Funding: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to demonstrate business value, retain funding, and secure new projects.

Experience Level: 9+ years of hands-on data engineering experience driving high-impact initiatives.
