Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
This role is remote; however, due to project needs, occasional on-site attendance will be required to support project execution and collaboration.
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Project Manaer manages the implementation of projects and project tasks to achieve successful and satisfactory project deliverables and objectives, including high quality, timely and cost-effective execution. Develops and maintains project schedules and work plans; collaborates with and coordinates internal and external resources and stakeholders; conducts research and analyses; and monitors and documents project progress. Assists with HR initiatives and programs in a confidential capacity to formulate, determine and effectuate management policies.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience required; project management experience in health care preferred.
Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi disciplinary perspectives.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.
The majority of work will be conducted remotely and involves significant screen time for virtual meetings. At times, in-person participation will be necessary to lead meetings and support project delivery.
This position requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual who can work independently while collaborating with and receiving guidance from the Strategic Research Initiatives Manager.
Candidates must be based in California and able to travel to the Los Angeles campus for up to four meetings per month.
Preferred: Project management experience in health care preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field required.
Pay Scale Information
$90,334.40-$120,432.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
