Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Rhodes Building Company, LLC, a commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects ranging from $400K–$1M from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of assigned commercial projects
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during build-out stage
- Review change orders, pay applications, and project cost reports
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing projects in the $400K–$1M range
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
