This is a fully remote position with flexibility on location within the United States. The work environment includes a mix of home office work, customer interaction, virtual project meetings, and regular site visits, with approximately 30-40% travel across North America. Project Managers collaborate closely with construction managers, engineers, PMO leadership, clients, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment where every project is different. One month may involve a data center cooling retrofit, while the next may focus on a healthcare or telecom infrastructure upgrade. The role offers a high level of autonomy and ownership, as the Project Manager serves as the primary project lead supporting the construction management team and driving consistency across projects. The culture emphasizes an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach rather than heavy bureaucracy, valuing ownership, accountability, communication, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and proactive, independent work.
