Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting processes. Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration. Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project objectives. Manage tilt-wall construction projects and associated scheduling requirements. Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings. Monitor project costs and proactively manage change orders and risk. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Proven experience managing ground-up light industrial projects. Strong understanding of tilt-wall construction processes and project delivery. Experience with warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics facilities preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control. Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
