The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Provide project leadership and foster a proactive safety culture across all job sites.
• Oversee fast-turnaround projects, primarily under $5M in value.
• Manage the preparation and review of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals.
• Lead job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Review monthly invoices and maintain required documentation to ensure timely project funding.
• Direct cost management, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope changes, to meet project goals.
• Monitor the financial health of projects and maintain accurate project forecasts.
• Represent the company in subcontract negotiations and related communications.

The Successful Project Manager Applicant will have:

• 2-5+ years of experience in small-scale commercial construction.
• Thorough understanding of the construction process from pre-construction through closeout.
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction documents, including specifications and drawings.
• Strong communication skills with management, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work directly with clients while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and general project documentation.
• Able to prioritize tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

The Project Manager will receive:

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 - based on experience
