Requirements The Successful Project Manager Applicant will have: 2-5+ years of experience in small-scale commercial construction. Thorough understanding of the construction process from pre-construction through closeout. Proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction documents, including specifications and drawings. Strong communication skills with management, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients. Self-motivated and able to work directly with clients while managing multiple responsibilities. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and general project documentation. Able to prioritize tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
