Project Manager - Light Industrial

The firm is looking for a Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity to manage complex developments while growing within a stable organization.

Description

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Conduct client and ownership meetings.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Profile

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Prior experience managing warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects.
• Strong financial and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
