Job DescriptionLead light commercial and retail builds from the ground up. Work with leadership as they continue to win work, scale business, and expand into new sectors. Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety measures are upheld. Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools. Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement. Familiar with design/build construction processes. Construction related degree preferred. Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience. Experience using construction software - Procore preferred. Scheduling and budgeting experience.
