    Hiring an experienced Project Managers to lead and coordinate technology and business initiatives supporting Medical Affairs functions. The role will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, Medical Affairs, business teams, IT teams, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful planning and execution of projects and operational initiatives. Experienced in managing global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Skills / Experience
    • Project Manager with 8+ years of IT or Business, Project/Program Management experience with strong understanding of Lifesciences / Biotech / Pharma / Medical Affairs
    • Strong project planning, execution, governance management, multi-stakeholder management and reporting skills; Familiarity with medical content review and approval workflows
    • Experience / strong knowledge of GxP (Biotech devices), Lifesciences, Medical Information Systems, Medical Communications/ Education/Publications, and Field Medical operations
    • Understanding of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities, scientific engagement processes, compliance requirements within Medical Affairs organizations
    • Proven track record managing enterprise application and business transformation projects; Ability to manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies
    • Bachelor Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Related certifications preferred
    • Secondary Skills / Good to have - Experience with Medical Information systems and inquiry management processes; Knowledge of Scientific Communications and Publications processes; Familiarity with MSL engagement and field medical capabilities

    Job / Role Description
    • Project Planning & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of Medical Affairs business and technology initiatives. Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and governance frameworks. Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
    • Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Medical Affairs leadership, Medical Information teams, Medical Communications teams, MSL organizations, and IT stakeholders. Facilitate project planning sessions, requirement workshops, and status reviews. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology deliverables. Support strategic planning and prioritization discussions. Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
    • What Success Looks Like / Expected Outcome Lead multiple Medical Affairs initiatives with minimal oversight. Drive successful implementation of strategic Medical Affairs capabilities and process improvements. Improve operational efficiency and project delivery predictability
