Our client is a full-service construction management firm headquartered in Hopkinton, MA, specializing in construction management, design-build, and program management services.

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
• Track project progression, costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Support project planning and execution across multiple active job sites.
• Participate in client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project delivery standards.
• Utilize project management software to maintain accurate project records and reporting.

A successful Assistant Project Manager / Mid Level Pms should have:

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
  • Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, MEP, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Commercial Construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of Hopkinton, MA.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Assistant Project Manager: $75,000 - $105,000 base salary.
• Project Manager: $100,000 - $155,000 base salary.
