Project Manager

Our client is a well-established, full-service construction management firm with a reputation for delivering complex projects across the Life Sciences, Commercial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Industrial, and Institutional sectors. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help lead projects ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to ground-up construction assignments.

Job Description

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risk

Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction

Experience managing projects within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, MEP, Infrastructure, or related sectors

Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously

Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Hopkinton, MA
