The Project Manager - Life Science will oversee construction projects in the life sciences sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is based in Boston and involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Description
- Manage or assist in managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation.
- Support field operations and maintain communication between clients, design teams, and construction teams.
- Work on projects within the life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and MEP sectors.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools to track project progress and documentation.
- Participate in site visits and project meetings across the Greater Boston and Eastern/Central Massachusetts region.
- Collaborate with Project Executives and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Report directly to a Project Executive.
- Work from the Hopkinton office and project sites based on project requirements.
Profile
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction-related experience.
- Interest in or experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Ability to work onsite and in-office as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
- Residence within approximately 45 minutes of Hopkinton, MA.
