Project Manager Department: Engineering Employment Type: Full Time Location: Liberty, SC
Description: The Project Manager schedules plans and coordinates the development and release of new and updated products.
How You Will Help • Coordinates and manages cross-departmental teams to drive the successful development and release of products. • Assists in the development of project scopes involving all relevant stakeholders defining all objectives, assumptions, and requirements. • Develops and maintains project schedules. • Identifies and resolves critical path issues affecting product release. • Evaluates product development processes and teams to maximize performance. • Propose and implement process improvements as necessary. • Assists in identifying opportunities for new or updated products. • Maintains product development progress reporting for company management, including schedule and estimated product cost. • Coordinates product launch planning. • Promotes a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. • Maintains vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practices in the workplace and immediately reports any unsafe conditions or practice to your supervisor. • Performs other duties as directed.

Minimum Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Engineering Management or Related Field • 4 years experience in product development or construction management
