We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our Federal Hub efforts in Juno Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Support project development from early-stage technical assessments through construction readiness and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for site configuration, constructability assessments, and balance-of-plant evaluations.
- Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models to support project sanction decisions.
- Manage risk registers, track scope changes, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain on major equipment procurement and bid evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
- Experience in project controls and schedule development for gas generation or major capital projects.
- Proven ability to manage Owner-level reporting obligations.
- Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models and contractor bid evaluation.
Preferences
- Experience with combined cycle or simple cycle gas development projects.
- Familiarity with interconnection processes and associated E&C scope implications.
- Experience coordinating long-lead equipment procurement in constrained OEM markets.
