Role Overview

The organization is undergoing a large-scale AI technology transformation and is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Drive overall program governance and execution
• Own the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and workstream reviews
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and risk mitigation
• Track delivery progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and finance teams

• Agentic AI / Agentic SDLC
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• AI Operations / Production Support
• Metrics & Tokenomics
• Infrastructure Operations

Required Experience

• Strong Program Management experience within large-scale technology transformation programs
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and complex dependencies
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology programs is highly preferred
• Financial Services / Banking domain experience is highly desirable
