Job Description

• Lead healthcare interior renovations, medical office projects, and facility additions from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor relationships
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals
• Facilitate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee change orders, cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and healthcare construction requirements
• Support multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency
• Report directly to the Healthcare Team Lead and collaborate with experienced construction professionals

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or equivalent construction management role
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
• Proven background managing healthcare interiors, medical office renovations, or healthcare additions
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Charlotte area
• Ability to work full-time in-office with project site involvement as required
