Project Manager

Job Description
- Lead healthcare interior renovations, medical office projects, and facility additions from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor relationships
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals
- Facilitate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee change orders, cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and healthcare construction requirements
- Support multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency
- Report directly to the Healthcare Team Lead and collaborate with experienced construction professionals

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or equivalent construction management role
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Proven background managing healthcare interiors, medical office renovations, or healthcare additions
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Charlotte area
- Ability to work full-time in-office with project site involvement as required
