Healthcare Construction Project Manager

Job Description

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee medical office renovations, healthcare interiors, and facility additions
  • Coordinate with field Superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and design teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Work closely with the Healthcare Team Lead and operations leadership to successfully execute projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of construction project management experience preferred
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing healthcare interiors, medical office projects, renovations, or additions
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with field operations teams
  • Proficiency with common construction management software and project management tools
  • Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
  • No hybrid or remote work option available
