Description

Project ManagerManage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead the successful execution of municipal and public-sector projects utilizing CMAR delivery methods. Maintain project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client relationships. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee project planning, procurement, risk management, and field operations. Support business development efforts and help establish a strong local presence within the Raleigh market. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering a collaborative culture. Strong background managing municipal, public-sector, or government projects. Experience working on CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) projects preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships. Strong financial management, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls experience. Stable career history with consistent tenure and progressive responsibility. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong reputation within the local construction market and commitment to quality project delivery.Base salary up to $150K. Annual bonus. Vehicle allowance + gas card.
