The Project Manager Lead will partner with compliance leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to execute high-impact transformation initiatives that strengthen enterprise compliance capabilities and operational effectiveness. This role is responsible for leading complex projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives within Enterprise Compliance. This role is responsible for leading complex projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager Lead will partner with compliance leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to execute high-impact transformation initiatives that strengthen enterprise compliance capabilities and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience leading enterprise-level initiatives.
• PMP Certification required.
• Six Sigma Certification required.
• Experience working in Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory, Governance, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
• Strong project planning, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Second Line of Defense (SLOD) experience.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Prior financial services experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish effective communication strategies for stakeholders.
• Drive project milestones and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop project documentation, executive presentations, status reports, and budget updates.
• Build stakeholder alignment through collaboration, influence, and consensus-building techniques.
