Job Description

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, maintaining ownership of schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction. Develop, manage and continuously update detailed project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently. Conduct regular jobsite visits, proactively identify issues and drive solutions around safety, quality, schedule and cost. Partner closely with Beeler's Finance and Field Teams on project financials, documentation, forecasting and overall project execution.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of commercial construction experience, in a Project Manager capacity. Proven ability to independently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, change orders and subcontractor management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with owners, subcontractors and field leadership. Field experience and the ability to operate comfortably between the office, jobsite and client environment.
