Project Manager

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor delivering projects across public and private sectors. With expertise spanning retail, hospitality, industrial, multifamily, education, senior living, and entertainment projects, the company is continuing to expand its market presence and project portfolio.

Job Description

Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams. Lead the review and processing of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Attend weekly project reviews and provide updates on project performance and risks. Conduct site visits as needed to ensure project objectives, quality standards, and timelines are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7-10 years of project management experience preferred within a general contractor environment.
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred.
  • Public-sector project experience is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and transparent approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-moving, less corporate environment.
