Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team responsible for delivering multiple active construction projects. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing project execution, maintaining schedules, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall project controls
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, owners, and project stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all parties
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Ensure compliance with public works regulations and project requirements
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Support field teams and provide leadership throughout all phases of construction
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Drive projects to completion while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience managing complex commercial construction projects
  • Public works construction experience required
  • Strong understanding of prevailing wage requirements and public sector project processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and organizational skills
  • Experience with project documentation, contracts, and project controls
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support the organization wherever needed
  • Ability to adapt quickly and contribute with minimal training
