Job Description

Support the delivery of commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage day-to-day project activities including scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, procurement support, and general project administration. Help track project budgets, costs, forecasting, and progress reporting to ensure projects stay on target. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation in line with contract requirements. Work closely with superintendents, preconstruction, and field teams to support smooth project execution. Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to help keep projects moving forward and resolve issues as they arise. Participate in project meetings and support coordination across all stakeholders on scope, schedule, and deliverables. Assist in mentoring project engineers and supporting field staff as needed in a team-oriented environment. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor. Strong background overseeing ground-up and tenant improvement commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, and overall project financial performance. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal project teams. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead projects in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Comfortable working closely with field operations, ownership, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Stable work history with reputable commercial builders and a reputation for professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. Familiarity with the Las Vegas construction market and local subcontractor relationships is highly valued.
