Job Description

Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, owners, inspectors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective project communication and execution. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively address delays, conflicts, and critical-path issues. Oversee project budgets, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, cost controls, and financial reporting to protect project profitability. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to identify design conflicts, constructability issues, and required revisions. Lead site operations and ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, project specifications, quality standards, and company policies. Conduct regular progress meetings, site walks, and inspections while documenting project status, deficiencies, action items, and corrective measures. Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, commissioning, turnover documentation, warranties, and final owner acceptance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Exposure to multifamily, commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects
  • Track record of leading builds valued at $5M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambition to grow within the organization long-term
