Project Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing Wisconsin-based construction management firm that has become one of the state's premier contractors in just over a decade. The company specializes in multifamily, senior living, hospitality, and mixed-use projects and has a strong, stable pipeline supporting continued growth. With a highly respected leadership team, strong subcontractor relationships, and substantial financial backing, the company is positioned for continued expansion while maintaining its entrepreneurial and people-focused culture. Why join:
Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, owners, inspectors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective project communication and execution. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively address delays, conflicts, and critical-path issues. Oversee project budgets, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, cost controls, and financial reporting to protect project profitability. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to identify design conflicts, constructability issues, and required revisions. Lead site operations and ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, project specifications, quality standards, and company policies. Conduct regular progress meetings, site walks, and inspections while documenting project status, deficiencies, action items, and corrective measures. Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, commissioning, turnover documentation, warranties, and final owner acceptance.
