Job DescriptionJob Title: Project Manager 3Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)Job Type: ContractJob Description:Serve as Scrum Master for the MDHHS Accounts Receivable and Collections (ARC) project.Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile practices.Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement.Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.Support backlog refinement, story decomposition, estimation, and prioritization.Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.Support software development, testing, UAT, and post-deployment activities.Use Azure DevOps for Agile lifecycle and project management.Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates, metrics, and dashboards.Requirement:7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.Associate's degree or higher.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies.Strong understanding of SDLC, SADLC, and DevOps practices.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.Experience supporting financial, debt management, payment processing, or case management systems.Experience working with cross-functional and multiple Agile teams.Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Scrum certification such as SSM, SASM, CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.Experience with QA, regression testing, UAT, and post-deployment validation is preferred.Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at jobs@global-itech.com
