    We’re hiring two Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential landscape construction projects across Southeastern Wisconsin to support a new business line inside of our established business. There is an opportunity to come in for a Jr level role to learn - or to come in at a Sr level, to bring expertise and knowledge to the team.

Located in Burlington, WI we serve a diverse population from Milwaukee to the suburbs of Chicago and as far over as Janesville.

    What You’ll Do
    • Manage landscape construction projects from award to closeout
    • Lead scheduling, coordination, subcontractor communication, and client updates
    • Oversee project financials: invoices, forecasting, budgets, cost tracking
    • Work closely with field superintendents (GC-like structure)
    • Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress (60–70% field-based)
    • Document project updates using BlueBeam, Excel, and internal tools
    • Ensure projects finish safely, on time, and within scope

    What You Bring
    • 3+ years project management experience in landscape construction or similar trades
    • Strong understanding of construction techniques and job sequencing
    • Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly
    • Experience with project financials (invoicing, budgets, forecasting)
    • Comfortable using Excel, BlueBeam, Procore, or similar tools
    • Reliable daily commute to Burlington + regional travel for site visits
    • Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)
