PROJECT MANAGER-  Land & Water Infrastructure
Dallas, TX | Hybrid
$130,000–$150,000 + 15% Bonus


A growing organization within the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex land and water-related initiatives throughout Texas.


This individual will manage projects involving land acquisition, surface rights, water rights, right-of-way, permitting, due diligence, and infrastructure development. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between internal Land, Legal, Finance and Operations teams as well as landowners, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies.


What You’ll Do


  •  Manage land and water projects from early-stage diligence through closing and project execution 
  •  Coordinate surface acquisitions, water rights, easements and right-of-way matters 
  •  Lead project schedules, milestones, budgets and deliverables 
  •  Work with landowners, brokers, surveyors, engineers, environmental consultants and other third parties 
  •  Coordinate permitting and regulatory requirements 
  •  Partner with legal counsel on agreements, contracts and risk considerations 
  •  Manage outside vendors and consultants 
  •  Provide leadership with clear project updates, risks and recommended solutions 
What We’re Looking For


  •  Experience in land acquisition, land management or project management 
  •  Background in energy, oil & gas, power, water, infrastructure, mining or large-scale construction strongly preferred 
  •  Working knowledge of easements, leases, surface-use agreements and/or ROW 
  •  Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills 
  •  Experience working with regulatory or permitting agencies is highly valuable 
  •  GIS exposure is a plus 
Important: Candidates with fewer total years of experience may be considered when their background includes highly relevant land and water project experience.
