• Mitigation PMs: Lehigh Valley, PA | Hatfield, PA | West Chester, PA

Let’s be honest, when a pipe bursts at 2 AM or a kitchen decides to go up in flames, property owners don't call a superhero.

I am partnering with a premier, rapidly expanding property restoration leader across Pennsylvania to find powerhouse Reconstruction Project Managers and Mitigation Project Managers.

If you know the difference between a minor repair and a full structural rebuild, actually know how to manage subcontractors without pulling your hair out, and love turning someone's worst day into a brand-new home, we need to talk.

Which Role Fits Your Toolbelt?

Option A: Reconstruction Project Manager (Lancaster, West Chester, or Lehigh Valley)

You’re the master builder who takes a gutted property and turns it back into a palace.

• What You’ll Do: Manage full-cycle rebuilds from start to finish—scheduling trade vendors, ordering materials, managing on-site foremen, and keeping carrier estimates/budgets on track.
• The Vibe: High communication, sharp budget control, and keeping subcontractors moving on time and on budget.

Option B: Mitigation Project Manager (Lehigh Valley, Hatfield, or West Chester)

You’re the emergency responder who steps in when the water, fire, or mold hits the fan.

• What You’ll Do: Lead emergency response teams, manage drying and demolition setups, coordinate field crews, and communicate directly with property owners and insurance adjusters.
• The Vibe: Fast-paced, high-urgency, and taking immediate control of the chaos.

What Makes You The Perfect Fit?

• The Experience: 1+ years in Restoration, Reconstruction, or Construction Management (Restoration/Mitigation experience is required!).
• Trade Literacy: You can read scope estimates, manage budgets, schedule vendors, and handle customer updates like a seasoned pro.
• Leadership Drive: You know how to direct field technicians, foremen, and subcontractors while keeping job sites safe and compliant.
• Bonus Points: Active IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT) or a General Contractor's License are huge pluses (and if you don't have them, we’ll pay for your training!).
