Description

Senior Project Manager

Location: Lake Mary, FL (In Office/Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy projects from proposal through execution. This role will oversee project delivery, client relationships, financial performance, and team leadership while supporting the growth of our Power Delivery practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage utility infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Lead client meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
  • Manage contracts, scope changes, and change orders.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, environmental, permitting, survey, and construction.
  • Support proposal development, fee estimates, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for new work and business growth.
  • Mentor project managers and technical staff.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor"s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 5+ years of project management experience supporting transmission, distribution, substation, or renewable energy projects.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client-facing and business development skills.
  • Ability to travel to client and project sites as needed.

Preferred

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Existing utility or EPC industry relationships.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lake Mary, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
