Position Summary:
The Project Manager - Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction will lead a project team through all phases of the project including: scope development, stakeholder communication/coordination, schedule development/ management, budget development/management, risk management, project execution, and project close-out. The successful candidate will assist and/or take ownership of all aspects of multiple facility and medical equipment replacement projects.
Position Qualification:
Education
Bachelor's in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction related field, required.
Experience
5 years, required.
Background in project management, general construction, construction management, interior design, architecture, engineering, or construction estimating. Experience in a health care environment is preferred.
Years of Experience can be related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
