Project Manager

The Project Manager helps bring teams together and keep important initiatives moving forward across departments like IT, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Facilities (FAC), and other business areas. This role is a great fit for someone who has experience leading projects, organizing events, or improving processes even without a formal project management title and is excited to step into a more structured project leadership position.What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate projects across IT, Supply Chain Management, Facilities, and other departmentsPartner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and task trackingFacilitate meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment across teamsIdentify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions to keep projects on trackCoordinate internal teams and external partners/vendors as neededSupport implementation of new processes, systems, and operational improvementsMaintain clear documentation, timelines, and communication throughout project lifecyclesContribute to improving project management practices and team efficiency

Must Haves

Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects, initiatives, events, or process improvements (no formal PM title required)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesEffective communication skills across teams and levels of the organizationAbility to take ownership and drive work to completion with minimal supervisionExperience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders or departmentsExperience leading events, programs, or large-scale initiativesProblem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutionsAttention to detail and ability to track timelines, tasks, and deliverablesComfort leading meetings and following up on action itemsProficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
