Title: Project Manager

Location: Kansas City, MO
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range:$51.45-$73.50 Per Hr

Description:
Lead and manage multiple enterprise projects with cross-functional teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for project sponsors and vendors.
Coordinate resolution of complex issues and challenging situations.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
Facilitate communication and manage expectations with stakeholders.
Prepare lessons learned and close project documentation upon completion.
Verify project requirements and objectives are documented and communicated.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects to meet sponsor and stakeholder satisfaction.
Deliver required products for each project phase and obtain necessary signoffs.
Ensure adherence to quality, budget, and project milestones.
Motivate and manage project teams and resources effectively.
Facilitate project risk reviews and implement proper mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years in IT project management.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and techniques.
Goal-oriented with strong project planning and organizational skills.
