Project Manager

My client is a $450M+ large general contractor that operates across 31 states. They provide quality services in diverse markets including the commercial, healthcare, multifamily, light-industrial, office, and data center spaces. Known for their outstanding culture, entrepreneurial environment, and strong growth trajectory, they offer unlimited PTO, clear promotion paths, and the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple project types. The ideal candidate will have 5-15+ years of Project Management experience within the commercial construction industry and be looking to join a company where their voice matters.

Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.

5-15+ years of project management experience in the general contractor space.

Ground up construction experience ($10M-$30M).

Previous experience with multifamily or data center projects.

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, market conditions, and subcontractor trades.

Proficiency in software and project management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Base salary up to $150,000.
