Project Manager
Our $500 client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a diverse portfolio including commercial, healthcare, multifamily, light-industrial, and office space projects. Job Description
Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations. Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project demands. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: 5-15 years of PM experience, Must have GC experience, Strong technical aptitude, Ground-up Construction ($10M - $30M), Construction Degree or similar is strongly preferred, Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs.
