Known for their commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and client service, they have built lasting relationships by consistently delivering high-quality facilities that make a meaningful impact on the communities they serve.Job DescriptionManage all phases of ground-up church and K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final turnoverDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controlsLead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activitiesCoordinate with owners, school administrators, church leadership, architects, engineers, and consultantsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality concernsFacilitate client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecyclePartner with Superintendents to ensure efficient field execution and project coordinationEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectationsPrepare project reports, forecasts, and financial updates for internal and external stakeholdersSupport project closeout activities, punch list completion, and successful turnoverMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
