Our client is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join their team onsite in Juno Beach, FL and provide end-user support.
 
This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent site refresh initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring site readiness, managing deployment schedules and dependencies, and driving successful project execution from planning through post-deployment validation.
 
The Deployment Project Manager serves as the primary coordinator between Site Operations, Plant Management, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, vendors, and program leadership to ensure deployments are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with program objectives.
 
Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. While technical knowledge is beneficial, the primary focus is on coordinating technical teams, removing roadblocks, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful deployment outcomes across numerous sites and workstreams simultaneously. Experience managing large-scale infrastructure rollouts, multi-site deployment programs, or regional implementation initiatives is highly desirable.
 
Utilize tools: Jira, IT Service Management (e.g., ServiceNow), MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office,  other traditional project management tools to develop charts and graphs
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of assigned site refresh deployments through planning, execution, validation, and closeout.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent site deployments while managing competing priorities, schedules, and resource constraints.
  • Conduct site readiness assessments and deployment planning reviews to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain deployment schedules, resource plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions), and status reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Engineering, Operations, and vendor teams.
  • Manage deployment dependencies across sites, vendors, technical workstreams, procurement activities, and program milestones.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement with Site Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering leaders, and program sponsors throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for deployment risks, issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, implementation planning, equipment delivery schedules, and third-party resources.
  • Facilitate deployment planning meetings, readiness reviews, status meetings, daily standups, and executive updates.
  • Coordinate maintenance windows, cutovers, migrations, and deployment activities while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, cybersecurity, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Perform post-deployment validation activities and facilitate lessons learned reviews to support continuous improvement.
  • Track and report deployment progress, milestones, risks, resource utilization, and program performance metrics.
  • Promote collaboration across technical, operational, and business teams to ensure successful deployment execution.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of project, program, deployment, or implementation management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, infrastructure deployments, site refreshes, or regional implementation programs.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependent workstreams across multiple organizations.
  • Working knowledge of network, server, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and infrastructure concepts sufficient to coordinate technical teams, manage dependencies, and support technical decision-making.
  • Experience planning and executing site deployments, migrations, technology implementations, cutovers, or infrastructure refresh programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with change management, governance, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE Agile, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience supporting large-scale modernization, infrastructure refresh, digital transformation, or technology deployment programs.
  • Familiarity with utility, industrial, manufacturing, operational technology, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Experience managing multi-site deployment portfolios and large-scale rollout programs.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, service management frameworks, and enterprise governance processes.
  • Experience managing program budgets, deployment forecasts, and resource planning activities.

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
