The Agile Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives. This role requires demonstrated experience enabling and supporting Agile and/or enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environments.
It advances large-scale Agile Transformation efforts by promoting Agile principles, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The Agile Coach partners with teams to enhance delivery practices, align outcomes with business objectives, and improve operational excellence.

They should own the health of the Jira platform, ensure governance, enable portfolio reporting, and support Agile delivery across the enterprise. Atlassian also distinguishes Jira administrators from project administrators by giving them responsibility for global configuration, permissions, workflows, fields, and enterprise standards.
Bachelors Degree Required
Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
