- Has strong experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder IT programs
- Demonstrates proven leadership in driving projects from initiation through completion
- Is confident in managing senior stakeholders and facilitating complex discussions
- Has strong expertise in project governance, tracking, and reporting
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to drive accountability across teams
- Experience in aviation, airports, or working with airlines is highly preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs within the IT environment
- Managing coordination across airlines, airport authorities, vendors, and internal teams
- Owning project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with timelines and
- milestones
- Maintaining detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and
- executive status reporting
- Driving stakeholder engagement, including leading cross-functional meetings and steering discussions
- Proactively identifying risks and ensuring mitigation and issue resolution
- Ensuring seamless integration between business processes and IT system
Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
