Project Manager - Jacksonville Hospitality & Multifamily

Our client is an established employee-owned commercial construction firm specialising in ground-up wood-frame developments. With a strong pipeline of hospitality, residential, and senior living projects, they offer a collaborative environment, direct exposure to executive leadership, and long-term ownership opportunities.

Description

• Manage 2 concurrent construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Utilise Procore and Primavera P6 to manage project delivery and reporting
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Jacksonville Hospitality & Multifamily should have:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• Experience in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction
• Strong ability to independently lead projects without dedicated APM support
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
