    Oversee the safe and effective delivery of all production activities related to furniture, delivery, installation, warehouse and reconfiguration services

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Supervise and provide on-site job inspections of delivery installations and reconfigurations

    Assist with expanding product offerings

    Manage operating expenses in line with operating revenues to ensure appropriate profit margin and financial performance

    Participate in monthly financial review to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement

    Work with agency ASR to ensure appropriate safety measures are in place to ensure a safe production environment and ensure compliance with all OSHA and DOT requirements throughout the service operation

    Job Skills Required:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to read detailed furniture installation plans, drawings and bill of materials

    Highly customer service oriented

    Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday

    Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work

    Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    Excellent attention to detail and follow through

    Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames

    Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers

    Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or five to seven years related experience and/or training in office moving land installation and furniture planning; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Math Ability:

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office

    Certificates and Licenses:

    Valid Driver’s License required
