Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong project/program management skills with knowledge in the use of portfolio and project management tools.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Strong SharePoint editor/publisher skills.
- Strong Smartsheet and Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Basic Salesforce platform navigation and report creation.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from sizing and scoping to implementation, closure, and handoff to support.
- Build project plans, including necessary deliverables and schedules.
- Manage project/program stakeholders, including core team, steering committees, vendors, and others as applicable.
- Provide regular reports and status updates to management, stakeholders, and others.
- Document process standards as required.
