Project Manager-IT transformation projects CRM /ERP

The PM should have ability to interact and report project status, risks, blockers to senior management and stakeholders. Interacts and coordinates activities with the IT (Salesforce/Oracle) implementation teams.

Job Title: Project Manager-IT transformation projects (CRM, ERP)

Location: USA Eastern time zone (Remote)

Candidate must be from Eastern time zone.

JD:

• On a day to day basis coordinates the different on-going IT transformation projects (CRM, ERP)
• Aligns expectations from business stakeholders and IT teams (management, consulting)
• Manages external vendors
• Generate reports on project status
• The PM should have ability to interact and report project status, risks, blockers to senior management and stakeholders
• Participates in the different projects' Steering Committees with Senior Leadership
• Interacts and coordinates activities with the IT (Salesforce/Oracle) implementation teams
• Experience and good understanding of Agile approach, not necessarily a Scrum Master
• Time zone: PST, or CST (we do have meetings during mornings and afternoons in PST time zone)
• Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, Customer Support, ERP/Financial processes
• Knowledge of telecom, tech and media vertical would be beneficial
