Project Manager - IT II

Skills Minimum 2-3 years of Project management experience and experience; experience in Pharma is preferred, not required. Must be available to work EST hours and be available for late/early meetings with Japan & EU teams.

Duties

Job Schedule: Part-time schedule - ~ 30 hours a week. Candidate able to work 100% remote for duration of assignment. Must be available to work EST hours and be available for late/early meetings with Japan & EU teams. Candidate will need to be physically present on camera for all meetings.

• Manage both IT and business project activities in all three regions (DSI, DSJ, DSE). This requires off-hours meetings and working with the DSE and DSJ team.
• Run meetings effectively and produce meeting minutes.
• Act as a scrum master with various scrum calls across regions.
• Manage project collaterals on SharePoint.
• Produce various weekly, monthly status report at project and program level.
• Manage Jira project and provide updates and mitigation plans on issues (both IT and business).

Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of Project management experience and experience; experience in Pharma is preferred, not required.

Soft skills- candidate needs to be adaptable; able to listen and lead; be engaged and come across with good energy and presence. Successfull candidate will be someone who can own the projects/programs that they are assigned and follow through and execute. Candidate should be proactive; take initiative and pay high attention of detail to what is going on.

Candidate will be required to use JIRA for submitting all updates/tasks.

Education

Completed bachelor's degree.
