Project Manager

Project Manager - Irving, TX - Contract - $54-64 Per HR

This role involves managing IT projects and service management platform initiatives from planning to completion. The position is remote and contract-based, requiring experience in project management and service management platforms. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT and service management platform projects from initiation to closeout.
• Establish clear plans for ongoing projects, assessing scope and risks.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters and schedules.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align priorities and manage project dependencies.
• Provide executive-ready status reports tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience with service management platforms.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and related workflows.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, resources, and risks independently.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• PMP certification preferred; ITIL Foundation or relevant certification is a plus.
