PM Deliverables: Adhere to PMO Guidebook process/procedure  Project Charter  RACI  Resource Plan  Communication Plan  Project Kick-Off Material and Facilitation  Detailed Project Plan with key milestones (MS Project)  Issue/Risk Register  Action Item Log  Meeting Minutes  Weekly Status Report  Monthly Executive Status Dashboard  Obtain Key Project Deliverable Sign-Offs  Maintain Project Repository (Confluence)  Weekly Project Status Meetings  Maintain Budget Tracker (weekly) and Accruals and Reconciliation  SOW Facilitation  PO Creation  Work with VMO facilitate RFP process  Coordinate with VMO and IT for cost estimates  Facilitate completion of EFC deck  Scope, schedule, cost control  Weekly project status call with Program manager discussing project progress, issues/risks, milestone attainment, etc. This role will support the Pre-Discovery for a Commercial Vehicle Finance project.

A leading Automotive Finance company, located in Irvine, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a 6-12+ month contract role. This role will support the Pre-Discovery for a Commercial Vehicle Finance project. This role is hybrid with 2 days onsite expected.
