Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Manage 2-5 commercial construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project financials, costs, change orders, and overall project performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with field teams and company leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong corporate interior construction experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work primarily from the office while visiting project sites as needed.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
