Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Manage 2-5 commercial construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project financials, costs, change orders, and overall project performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with field teams and company leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support reporting, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
- Strong corporate interior construction experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work primarily from the office while visiting project sites as needed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
